Just-4-Fun Aqua Park Activities

Like any activity, it can be dangerous and that by participation in it I am exposed to certain risks, therefore:

I ACKNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTAND that whilst using the equipment in Just-4-Fun Aqua Park:

• The conditions in which the activity is conducted may vary without warning
• I will give special attention to all instructions oral or written and will query and matters that I do not understand
• I understand it is my right to be informed of the specific dangers involved in this activity and I am aware this information is made available via an information board & sheet upon my request.
• There may be no adequate facilities for treatment or transport of me if I am injured
• I am not under the influence of drugs / medication / mind altering substances, nor do I have any allergies or pre-existing medical condition that
  • Effect my understanding of safety instructions or ability to competently participate, and / or
  • May be exacerbated by the activity, and / or
  • Otherwise effect my ability to participate in any aspect of this activity, and / or
  • Prejudice the performance / safety to myself or others
• Other persons participating in the activity may cause me injury or damage to my property for which they may be liable
• I may cause injury to other persons or damage their property, for which I may be liable
• I may cause loss or damage to property used / hired for which I may be liable
• I may be injured and / or suffer damage to my property as a result of my negligence or breach of contract
• I assume the risk of and responsibility for any injury, death or property damage resulting from my participation
• The operation of the aqua park or some attractions may be affected by adverse weather conditions or maintenance activity
• Just 4 fun Aqua Park reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests from the park for vandalism, stealing, offensive behavior, queue line jumping, failure to properly supervise minors under your care, persons suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to follow safety instructions or failure to comply with these Conditions of Entry
• Any photographs, videos or sound recordings taken by you must be for personal use only. Any use, reuse or production for commercial purposes without our express written consent is strictly prohibited
• It is a condition of entry into Just 4 Fun Aqua Park that any photograph, film, tape or other images taken of you whilst at the venue will be taken for the purpose of, and may be used, to help promote Just 4 Fun Aqua Park or a third party nominated by them. Unless you reach a prior agreement with Just 4 Fun Aqua Park management to the contrary, your image may be published, broadcast, or otherwise distributed by Just 4 Fun Aqua Park or any third party authorized by it in any media (with or without identification) and in publications within as well as outside Western Australia and you waive on an irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual basis all rights to object to such broadcast or distribution in any media
